Comparative Literature and Active Learning Workshop was held
The BAP project of the Department of Comparative Literature was discussed at the workshop organized in cooperation with the Department of Comparative Literature and the Coordinatorship of Innovative Learning and Teaching-Artificial Intelligence.

The workshop titled "Comparative Literature and Active Learning" was held on October 30th at the Faculty of Management Sciences with the participation of our professors from the Departments of Comparative Literature and Guidance and Psychological Counseling with the cooperation of our Department of Comparative Literature and the Coordinatorship of Innovative Learning and Teaching-Artificial Intelligence  (CILT-AI), coordinated by our Department of Comparative Literature and Dr. Mehmet Akın Bulut.

Representing an important step in the process of BAP project #2228 within the scope of Scientific Research Projects (BAP) developed to support scientific research in higher education institutions, the workshop participants gained insights into innovative digital literature projects around the world and explored creative methodologies suitable for the project "The Emergence of 19th Century Modern Literary Theory in the Ottoman Caliphate".

The workshop sessions highlighted how digital humanities and active learning techniques are used in comparative literature and provided useful information for educators and students.

Following the workshop, a departmental meeting took place in the hall of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (ITBF) of our University. Providing a platform for reflection and informal discussions, the meeting brought together faculty members and students in a friendly atmosphere.
